CHOCOLATE BANANA MARBLE CAKE (receipe)
Today early in morning, i just view a few minutes facebook. Suddenly, appear fabulous receipe from chef Tania Aris from Singapore. Look interesting, i must try even its little different coz just used essense banana not original banana. but I'm realing like it. Insyaallah I will try it.but not today coz Maruku has to be done first....malasnya nak masak maruku ini...cuaca panas.Tapi nak buat camno rezeki masyuk. Alhamdulillah. 250 GM MELTED BUTTER
ING: B
230 GM CASTER SUGAR
240 GM TOP FLOUR
1 TSP BAKING POWDER
1 TBLSP OVALETT
1 TSP BANANA PASTE
1 TSP VANILLA ESSENCE
9 NOS. EGG YOLK (LARGE EGGS)
7 NOS. EGG WHITE
ING: C
2 TBLSP 100% COCOA POWDER
2 TBLSP CHOCOLATE PASTE
METHODS:
1. IN A MIXING BOWL MIX ALL ING B, AND BEAT AT HIGH SPEED UNTIL FLUFFY.
2. THEN ADD IN ING A, THE MELTED BUTTER USE YR LARGE SPTULA AND MIX WELL.
3. SCOOP ABT 3 TO 4 SCOOP OF BATTER IN ANOTHER BOWL AND ADD IN ING C MIX WELL.
4. PREHEAT OVEN AT 180, PREPARE 9 INCH SQUARE , ROUND OR LOVE SAPE TINS LINE WITH PAPER ON THE BASE AND BRUSH WITH BUTTER ALL AROUND.
5. ADD IN THE BATTER IN THE BAKING TRAY FROM CENTRE, START WITH PLAIN THEN CHOCOLATE, AND REPEAT PROCEDURE UNTIL FINISH…..
6. BAKE FOR ABT 1 HR, USE A SATAY STICK TO CHECK BEFORE TAKING OUT FROM OVEN LEAVE TO COOL BEFORE SERVING OR DECORATING………
